If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item if you received something damaged defective or because of an error on our part, please return the item(s) within 2 weeks of delivery for a replacement. BlueHighways TV will cover all costs associated with returning the merchandise. Please send your return package back via United States Postal Service, Standard Mail Class.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Ordered the Wrong Product for example if you ordered DVDs and realize you wanted CDs. Please return the item(s) and the packing slip within 2 weeks of delivery for an exchange. You are responsible for paying to return the item(s) to our fulfillment center. Additional shipping charges of $5.00 will apply.
Unopened Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping charges) or exchange for a different product.
Shipping
Orders placed online through our internet store are shipped using the United States Postal Service and can only be shipped in the continental United States. There is a flat rate shipping and handling charge of $5.00 on each order, allow 7-9 days for delivery, some restrictions may apply.
